Waha, I moved from my homeplace of Michigan to Tennessee only a year ago and I just got back from a two-week vacation to visit all of my buddies in Michigan (one of them includes a deviant here, Zero-kun, great artist) Busy two weeks, I was everywhere all at the same time. Had a great time. Twelve hour from here to there and the trip back was no picnic, our air conditioning broke and the weather was hot and humid. Bad karma.
What did I do? I slept over at my old next door neighbor's twice, watching anime such as Spriggen and Full Metal Alchemist (Full Metal is God) Visited all my best friends (such as my next door neighbor). Our family stayed at my Grandparents, who are the coolest in the world. My grandma is real nice, paints, gardens, and writes. My grandpa is also real nice, builds computers for fun, owns more PC games than you can shake a stick at, and plays Unreal on scheduled tournaments and goes to LAN parties. He got Battlefield 2 recently (which rocks by the way, stayed up till 2 a.m playing it) and Guildwars.
It was one of my little brother's birthday's during the vacation, he got a Nintendo DS (grrrr), I bug him all the time to play it. Mario 64 DS is quite fun, and the mini-games rule. My other brother got the Halo 2 multiplayer map pack, so now I have a bunch of new maps to play on my Halo 2 special edition (oooh....shiny) fun stuff, can't wait to go on Xbox-live tomarrow and pown everone. Oh, while they got all these video game things, I got a Sqush at walgreens. They're little pillows filled with microscopic beads. Fun to hurl. Comfy as my carpet (soft...). Hard to sleep on though, that pillow. It asorbs heat and sorta reflects it back at ya, frying your brain.
Wrote a grand total of 5 pages while on vacation on my fantasy book. I don't post it here cuz deviantart owns everything you post, if you're interested its on [link] . My laptop is fallin apart, half the buttons don't work, so I couldn't type up many pages. My phone has buttons fallin out too....ack.
Oh, while at my old neighbor's house (who is Zero-kun by the way, and her brother, both my best friends) I got inspired by some of her work and drew an OK picture. Now i'm back in action and will be posting stuff again soon.
My vacation ruled, better than going to Florida keys or the Caribean or to Mars or anything like that. If anybody reads this, thank you for wasting a whole 5 minutes of your life on me. It gives me this warm fuzzy feeling. Bye!
